Payment + Booking Policy:

I accept PayPal, Venmo, and cash. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your session. The remaining balance is due immediately following the shoot.

Pricing Details:

Session pricing is based on several factors, including the length of the shoot, number of outfits/looks, number of locations, distance to locations, set design or setup. Custom quotes are available for unique concepts or larger group sessions.

Photographer Policy + Disclaimer

By booking a session with Darby Douglas Photography, the clients acknowledge and agree to the following policies:

RAW Images - RAW, unedited image files are not provided by the photographer. Final delivered images reflect my artistic style, editing process, and creative vision as a photographer.

Image Delivery + Archiving - Final edited images will be delivered digitally via an online gallery or otherwise agreed-upon method. All final images are archived on a secure hard drive for up to one (1) year from the delivery date. After one year, files may be permanently deleted and are no longer guaranteed retrievable. Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up their images upon delivery.

Contracts + Usage Rights - A photography contract may be provided prior to each shoot. Contract terms may vary depending on the scope, size and nature of the session.

next level package $375

  • 1-2 hour session

  • 2-3 outfits/looks

  • 50+ edited photos back

  • 2-3 locations

Premium package $500

  • 1-2 hour session

  • multiple looks / multiple people (base fee of $500 for up to 5 people in the shoot. An additional $100 will be required for each additional person)

  • 50+ edited photos back

  • option for prints/photo books

Wedding package (starts at) $1,000

  • open to shooting wedding weekends and destination weddings, reach out to discuss details

  • documentary style photographs

  • some video upon request

  • 100-200+ edited photos back
